Following on from CMI’s extremely popular cooking class event for female customers in 2015, a second class was recently organized. Hosted by a special master chef in Taipei Garden Hotel, this year’s event focused on the benefits of utilising local produce. The chef instructed guests on how to shop at a local farmers’ market to enjoy seasonal ingredients which are fresh, organic and more nutritious; not to mention better for the environment and local economies.

Fun and educational, the event taught guests how to cook a few key dishes. At the end, everyone was served a fine cuisine meal designed specially by the master chef.
