September is a special month for car buyers in the UK. It’s when a new number plate kicks in for new car registrations in the UK.

To be precise, the new number plate is ’74’.

LSH Auto UK made it even more special with a fabulous welcome for its first ’74’ customers who were at its showrooms to collect their brand new cars.

For those unfamiliar with UK registration plates:

• Number plates are changed twice a year – in March and in September.
• There are only 2 numbers in a UK plate. The numbers indicate its age or when it was issued (The number 74 indicate between September 2024 to end February 2025).
• Preceding the numbers are two letters that indicate the region where it was registered (the local DVLA office).
• Three letters after the numbers are randomly generated letters.
