SALES OF MERCEDES-BENZ VANS AND AFTERSALES SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VANS CUSTOMERS ARE GOING FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH AT LSH AUTO UK.

Thanks to its dedicated Mercedes-Benz Vans sales teams based in Stockport and Birmingham, LSH Auto UK’s sales of vans has doubled in 2021 while its Vans aftersales business has grown by 350% over the same 12 month period.

The growth in aftersales is thanks, in part, to the launch of an enhanced van maintenance and repair service at Macclesfield to support the existing Stockport and Birmingham teams.

Another contributing factor is the introduction of LSH Auto’s Mercedes-Benz Service24h team in 2021.

With the goal of having customers back on the road within 135 minutes of a breakdown, the Mercedes-Benz Service24h teams provide round-the-clock MobiloVan emergency support to customers across the North-West and Midlands.

In 2021, the LSH Auto team achieved the best performance of any Mercedes-Benz Vans retailer in the UK, meeting the 135 minutes goal for 89.7% of customers. Across the year, 90% of callouts were repaired at the side of the road.

Mercedes-Benz Vans’ industry-leading MobiloVan service is free to those whose vehicles are still covered by their three-year, unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty, and thereafter provided the last service was by an official Dealer. Expert technicians who fit only genuine parts fix breakdown issues at the roadside before sending drivers on their way.
