The Product Cadet Program was launched on 21 November, 2022 by LSH Auto Australia to develop a new generation of customer product experts, a new talent pipeline and possibly future leaders.

In October, the second cohort of eager LSH Auto Australia Product Cadets were welcomed at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane for their onboarding week.

The week was spent on learning the history and story of LSH Auto International and LSH Auto Australia – with sharing and discussions on fostering a growth mindset, the core values of the brand and its mission of excellence in customer service.

A major highlight of the week was a special introduction to the latest world-leading Mercedes-Benz vehicles by LSH Auto Ambassador and Mercedes-Benz Chief Driving Instructor, Peter Hackett.

The cadets were warmly embraced into the LSH Auto Australia family where nurturing talent is not only a commitment but an embedded culture.
