Named Chef of the Year by Gourmet Traveller, the young Hugh was overwhelmingly voted for the award by his peers in the business. He heads the team at Vue which boasts a magnificent 360-degree view of Melbourne city from 55 floors up at the Rialto Towers on Melbourne’s Collins Street.
