Han Sung Motor wins Grand Prize in the Vehicle Service Category of the Korea Service Grand Prix 2021.

Han Sung Motor Co. was awarded the Grand Prize in the Vehicle Service Category at the ‘Korea Service Grand Prix 2021’ on 2nd July this year.

Organized by the Korea Standards Association, “Korea Service Grand Prix” was established to enhance the competitiveness and quality of the service industry in Korea.

With assessments based on customer-centric service management, quality, innovative programs as well as customer satisfaction, the Awards program seeks out and rewards companies, institutions, organizations, and individuals with outstanding achievements and levels.

Winning the Grand Prize award in its category has brought big smiles to everyone at Han Sung Motor. And it is a recognition of their effort in strengthening relationships with customers as well as staying relevant with the future generation of customers through a “N.E.X.T.” customer-centric management system, the digitalization of general services, as well as successful ongoing social programs and scholarship projects for gifted and creative talents.
