The “China’s Top 50 Best Employer of the Year Award” program is widely regarded as the “Oscars” of the country’s HR industry.

On 18 January of this year at a presentation in Beijing, LSH Auto China was honoured with the coveted Best Employer of the Year 2023 award.

This is a significant endorsement for LSH Auto China as the tedious award selection process – independent, objective, scientific and data backed – was conducted jointly by Zhaopin, a leading career development platform, and the Institute of Social Science Survey, Peking University.

It caps a year of hard work, investments and the implementation of policies to ensure a better workplace, better staff welfare and career advancement for all employees.

All of which did not go unnoticed by independent observers and HR experts as LSH Auto China was also recognized with other HR/TA awards for the year 2023:

1. Extraordinary Employer of the Year – by Liepin, a prominent HR company and the largest high-end talent community-based recruitment platform, and the Market and Media Research Center, Peking University
2. Outstanding Employer Award – in the Human Resources Management Excellent Award 2024 organized by 51job, a leading provider of integrated HR services in China.
3. Best Recruitment Team for Global Enterprises – in the 2023 China Human Resources (Sirius) Award
