The Choice Awards program was introduced across LSH Auto Australia’s three Mercedes -Benz dealerships – Mercedes-Benz Sydney, Mercedes-Benz Melbourne and Mercedes-Benz Brisbane in 2018.

It was designed and implemented to recognise team members, nominated by peers from within the dealership, for exemplary service, team attributes and work within their community.

However, The Choice Awards differ from most staff recognition programs in that they offer the each recipient the choice to nominate their favourite charity to receive a donation, on their behalf, from LSH Auto Australia.

The winners of Q1 2022 LSH Auto Australia Choice Awards have been announced.

They are Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Pre-Owned Reconditioning Supervisor – Steve Newman, Mercedes-Benz Sydney Retail Business Manager – Luke Rafferty and Mercedes-Benz Melbourne Certified Pre-Owned Executive Charlie Yildiz.

Steve is known for being hands-on and always working to ensure a happy and friendly work environment. He enjoys spending time with his grandkids and working on his acreage property.

Steve nominated The National Pancreas Foundation as the charity to receive a donation on his behalf.

Luke has been an important contributor to the transition to agency and works tirelessly to ensure a respectful and collaborative workplace. He considers the team at Mercedes-Benz Sydney one big family. In his personal time, he enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson and connecting with friends.

Luke nominated The Smith Family as the charity to receive a donation.

Charlie is known at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne for being the first in and last out on most days. He enjoys the team culture and works to maintain a can-do attitude. His hobbies include working out and mountain biking.

Charlie nominated The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation Melbourne.
