Yongdap Service Center was established in 1987 as the first authorized Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Korea. It was renovated in May 2020 as the first phase of an extensive expansion plan.

The expansion project is scheduled for full completion in August, 2022 which will see the center having the highest number of workbays across Korea.

Today, it is the largest service center in Seoul – equipped with the best trained and highly skilled technicians, state-of-the-art equipment as well as exclusive customer services. For example, express lane services, a specialized workbay zone for AMG models, and Saturday full operation service provide greater convenience and experience for customers.

With its long history, Yongdap Service Center has a diverse customer base comprising of many regulars and new fans of their level of service and expertise.

The same goes for the range of Mercedes-Benz models that they service on a regular basis. Even old models with discontinued parts pay regular visits to the center and these are often serviced with parts replaced promptly due to Han Sung Motor’s network and strong relationship with Mercedes-Benz Korea and with Germany.

The customer reception area is located on the first floor while the second and third floors house the general inspection work bays. The Parts warehouse is located on the 4^th floor and Sheet Metal Painting work bays are located on the 5^th to the 7^th floor.

While Yongdap Service Center may be the largest, customers have found that all Han Sung Motor Service Centers offer the same consistent high quality of service and the most up-to-date equipment.

This has led to the attainment of the KS certification (Korean Industrial Standards) under the Korean Standards Association since 2019, and the Korea Service Grand Prix award in 2021 in recognition of excellent customer service.
